Wow she bombed with Katie freeking Couric? Good thing she didn't go on The View! |
|
I am loving this. First the no questions at the UN thing and now she can't even handle Katie Couric? No wonder they can't let her debate!
This is getting good!

6. I was completely impressed with Couric |
|
she seemed brilliant compared to this vile idiot, too stupid to even realize how dimwitted she is.

8. Well she did actually do a good job in this interview... |
|
I used to be a fan when she was on Today. This might have been her best interview in her new job. I'll give her that.

7. McCain's people have been assiduously attempting |
|
Edited on Wed Sep-24-08 11:21 PM by Blue_In_AK
to make her into something which she clearly is not -- i.e., a serious politician ready for a national role. She was foolish beyond belief to accept his offer when she could have continued on as governor of Alaska, where she really hadn't done too badly working in a bipartisan manner with the legislature, where she could have dealt with the Monegan issue forthrightly, as she promised, and where she would have probably continued to enjoy substantial favorability. Instead, she now looks like a fool to the nation, and her popularity here in Alaska is dropping like a rock. In a way, I feel kind of sorry for her -- but it was her choice to accept, so she has to live with the consequences.

9. It doesn't seem to be working. |
|
Thankfully the more she's on the national stage the worse she performs. She's obviously in over her head. Plus the McCain campaign seems determined to piss off even the "press" that has always been their willing shills.
I'm actually looking forward to tomorrow's news. That's a good feeling. :)

10. I don't feel sorry for her. What hubris to believe she could just 'wing it.' |
|
If she's uncomfortable or embarrassed that's nothing compared to how all of us would feel having an arrogant, incurious, redneck demagogue running the nation.

|
Edited on Thu Sep-25-08 12:09 AM by Divernan
as she did with her other kids? That didn't work out for the oldest two, and this infant should be getting care from someone knowledgeable about Downs Syndrome kids. Normally, that would be parents who inform themselves about the possible complications to watch for in the first year of life.

concern for that sweet little baby. Everything about Sarah just gives me the creeps. I don't identify with anything about her, even though I'm a mom and we are roughly the same age. She and I have nothing in common. Nothing.
