on edit: That was the SECOND time they played the clip of him getting made up on the Couric set-- in the opening Today Show segment! OMG!

Joe and Mika were astounded - just flabberflasted that they would show the make-up scene from CBS.

I like Joe and Mika - but . . . their melodrama is a bit overdone.

Most of us sitting out here in the vast wasteland look for humor from Letterman - not political guidance. It was simply funny. or not if you did not find it funny.
