Palin doesn't look good.
She looked sick while walking along side Couric in the interview, especially when Couric asked her about Rick Davis and his taking money from Freddie Mac.

I think the reality has hit her all to hard and fast that the truth has come out all around her and she can not hide as a V.P. candidate. She looks like she doesn't want to do this anymore. She looks like she wants out, in a very bad way, but she's trapped into being McCain's V.P.

I have no pity for her.

1. I hope you're right, and I certainly have no pity for her either, since I haven't read ONE
thing about her that I like, approve, condone, or agree with. Or can even STAND! :^)

She'll just go look for stuff she can't answer to and get back to ya.

BS.

Worse, seems to me she loves being in power, and right now she is powerless. I bet it is driving her crazy.

I think she does look scared, or at least she did while hangin out with Couric. She sure did look flattered though when she was told she was beautiful yesterday at the Summit (I can't remember which "dude" told her that), while she was "gettin informed" about foreign policy!!

and with a retarded chimp as prez, she must think; "If he could do it, then so could I".

I think if, G-d forbid, McCrap triumphs, he'd better hire a food taster.

Perhaps Palin was thinking about the upcoming Enquirer, featuring "Palin's Lover".

Why do these arrogant assholes with dirty pasts think they're scandal-proof?

10. Yup.. she thought it was gonna be one big RUSH..
A Thrill.. OMG.. like, she is the totally the republican nominee.

And now.. a month later, it's sunk in. This is what it's all about.. your entire life picked apart. Every person you've ever screwed over (and she's screwed over several.. probably both literally and figuritively) coming back to get revenge.

Some people live their entire lives with being the president as a goal. Their pasts reflect that.. with clubs, education, political posts, etc. Palin looks like someone who tripped and landed on her head and realized she has no idea where she is or what she's suppose to do. It probably sounded like fun at first - but it's not going to be fun. At All.

I don't feel sorry for her either.. she could have said no. She could have said, sorry John, but that's above my pay-grade. She didn't. She jumped in and didn't think it through.. and now here she is.

12. It makes sense.
If you look at her entire history, one think is clear, she is a complete control freak. Now every little aspect of her life is BEING contolled and she has NO control over anything. The most stressful and exhausting thing for any person is to go against their own nature.

She is used to being loved, admired, respected and seen as very accomplishe. Now she is slowly becoming a joke. Since she has been very successful in the past, she has been very confident. Now, with the pressure and the criticism it has to be affecting her confidence level.

She is not a smart person, yet she is expected to learn and understand a lot of information fast. Imagine that you are a C student but you are being pressured to get straight A's.

I don't feel sorry for her one little bit. She should have blinked. In fact she should have closed her eyes for no less than an hour and really given a lot of thought to what she was being asked to do.

She did it in both her mayoral and governor administrations. After a shot period she started staying Home and lowering her "in office" duties and appearances.

19. There is a scene in the movie
"Moscow On The Hudson" wherein Robin Williams' character realizes that, try as he might, he was not up to snuff as a jazz saxophonist. It was so uncomfortable to watch Vladimir try to disappear into his own clothes, shrinking from sight, hoping no one would notice how inferior he was. Yeah-reminds me of that.

21. I don't know what made her accept
the position of candidate for VP. Maybe it is her ego. Maybe she believed she was special. Everyone (Republicans) was touting her "qualifications" for VP. Alaska is of course a large state but is sparsely populated when you consider CA or NY. Maybe she is being paid for acting out the role. When she loses she is still the governor of Alaska. I am probably wrong but it looks to me as if she is whoring for the Republicans. She has to be aware of the bad publicity she is getting. But, after the last 8 years nothing surprises me anymore.

Not sure how long she'll be the Gov. of Alaska or how long she'll be comfortable being Gov. of Alaska. She's managed to not only alienate quite a few citizens but also a few state and public officials too.

Sarah, Sarah - what a web you wove for yourself.

23. She may have realized she has been used by the McCain campaign more as a tool rather
than a real VP candidate. She also may realize that it looks like the republican ticket will not win and she has problems now back in her home state with her constituents who are not happy with her because of so many things they now know about her.

She knows she is in a place she is unqualified to be.

25. I think the whole U.N. thing shook her up a bit
The media was not happy with no access and she was made to look like a fool by the McLiar campaign not allowing her to take questions. She looks like "Oops, how DID I find myself here?" I have no sympathy for her. Her ugly views towards animals and lack of sympathy for others (rape victims) makes me sick.

She's a second rate diva who can't sustain. Got to sustain. Got to. Even her voice sounds ragged and shreddy. She's looking shifty even for a person hiding from investigators, hiding from the press, hiding in fact from the very voters she should seek to engage. She looks not just weak, but guilty as can be.

30. Little sleep and probably gets to see her kids by appointment only for 10 minutes.
She must have bought into the "having it all" routine. There are a finite number of minutes in a day, and other people are prioritizing her time for her now. She's lost control of her life and a control freak like Palin doesn't like it.

Maybe she learned a lesson about making decisions without blinking.

41. She does not look like a strong, confident woman unless she is surrounded
by starry eyed supporters and handlers who treat her like a queen. She can't handle "real" work, things like answering questions about her own ideas and opinions on U.S. domestic and foreign policy.
There's no way in hell she could ever handle being president. Being V.P. would be easy for her however, because all she would have to do is shut up and stay out of the way and maybe do an occasional photo op with someone with a high title.

seriously, all this person has to offer the McCondo ticket is lipstick.. that's it.
