Report from NW Iowa, suspend campaign my litte red wagon!!! The liars are at it again
So McCain has suspended his campaign.. Is that what we heard yesterday. That the dramatic call went out to stop the commercials etc .

Well "my friends" :sarcasm: I am in the northwest part of Iowa, the most conservative part of the state. The McCain commercials are playing at a non stop rate here, since he suspended ??? his campaign.

We know they are liars and progeny of liars, but he went on national tv, and had a heart thumping rush to DC to save us, and he will stop his campaign, being the hero?? he is.

I do not know what is going on in the rest of the United States, but they are campaigning harder than ever here.

Another smoke and mirrors tactic. I am just curious, is anyone else getting all the commercials on tv for the suspended? McCain campaign??

6. I was wondering about that.. I thought maybe they were just hitting
King territory .. their base... no they are flat out lying. Good on Obama for not falling for that load of horse hockey coming out of the McCain/Palin camp.

including commericals, which Dr Dan, are running at about 2 to 1 of what they were running two days ago here. Otherwise I don't think I would necessarily have noticed

7. I used to live in N. Central Iowa (Wright County) and still consider it home,
and the thing that occurs to me is that that area is so red that McCain shouldn't need to be campaigning so hard. I really think he's desperate and scared. I actually think it bodes well for us.

But, yes, it also means he's a lying POS. But we knew that, didn't we?

11. Oh it is amazing.. the caucuse were unbelievable..
People caucusing for the republicans in a separate part of the school, drifting down to our caucus. It was a night I will never forget. Oh we still have this northwest area where I am at that is red, but again, even that is trending purple.

17. Doing my part in Iowa's 5th.
I would not be surprised if Mr. King's days in the house were numbered, what with Obama's popularity in IA.

18. When King came out and said if we elected Obama we elected a terrorist
Even the most boneheaded of republicans have got to see that he is a nut job we do not want representing our state. Hubler is not getting as much love as he should from the party, because they think the 5th is in the tank for the republicans..but I think we have a chance this time. I really do!.

Looks like the Iowa forum in here this morning.. .. I should have put on coffee and got the doughnuts

15. I just do not see how anyone, even the most partisan, cannot see
through what his campaign is doing? Boy did letterman nail him last night. But to pull a stunt like this, you are right, if we as a country cannot see through that desperation, then we are in bigger trouble than I ever thought!
