I Keep Hearing That Repug Talking Points Are Distributed To The Party......

and they all sing off of the same songsheet.

A couple of questions:

1. Who puts these talking points together? One person? A group?
2. How do the strategy sessions go to come up with these points? Do they discuss and then vote the best way to go? Do they do focus groups and see what will work?
3. How are these talking points distributed? E-mail? Fax? Other?
4. When are they distributed? Overnight? As soon as they come up with new ones?
5. Who gets them and do these people have any input to dispute or alter them?

Just curious. It all seems so organized when you hear the Repugs on the cable stations spouting the same thing - I was wondering how it is managed - if anybody knows.

I also have this fantasy that someone on the inside that receives these talking points is saving them and will wind up publishing them along with what led up to forming these points and the outcome - positive or negative - if they worked and alter the course of the event that prompted them in the first place. I'd like to see someone expose them for what they are.
