This is just turning into a nightmare for McCain - now the one man that can draw votes away from their kool-aid drinking masses is wanting to take his place at the debates. Delicious! Keep going Barr!

5. I say Obama should go for it! |
|
Barr would only take votes away from McCain, and mostly in red states!

9. Nothing wrong with having another political party candidate be a replacement. |
|
Happens all the time in team sports. I mean do they stop football games because the star quarterback doesn't want to show up?

10. Here are two other solutions I have come up with to make a more fair debate! |
|
Have 4 candidates from the top political parties in the country (i.e. democrat, republican, green party and libertarian) and at least 1 independent candidate that is the most popular.
Or maybe it should be candidates who are on the ballots in enough states to where if they win all of them, there would be enough electoral votes for them to become president.

This would CRIPPLE McCain. It'd make HIM look like the third party candidate, if only for a night.
