I love what the Pakistan official did when he met Palin

while shaking her hand he told her how beautiful she was and how pleased he was to meet such a beautiful woman. (not his exact words, but close - see videos)

at the end he said he would like to 'hug' her.

this was NOT a man thinking with his little head and/or being rude.

This Was A Message To The World From Pakistan About How They Felt About The Neo Cons, McC. and Palin.

I loved it.

1. I share his disrespect for Palin, but had he done that to H. Clinton

or any credible female politician, I would have been very upset. Women have to learn how to deal with cross-cultural misogyny, but on the world stage, there should be sufficient pressure on world leaders to avoid many of these instances.

That having been said, it is hard for me to criticize his response to Palin, however hypocritical that may seem.
