Obama should propose switching tomorrows debate with VP debate next week. |

Let the VP candidates debate tomorrow and see how they perform on short notice. I'm sure Biden will be fine. Do you think Sarah could put in a respectable performance with 24 hours of preparation?
Keep in mind this will satisfy McCain's wanting to kick it in Washington for a few days.

1. I think he should stick to his guns and the debate is set for tomorrow night and that is when Barack |
|
will be there and ready to go as scheduled. Everything by the committee and networks is set up for a presidential debate and it is McCain who has fucked everything up for his showboat act.
Obama will be ready when he needs to be and Biden will be ready whenever he needs to be and Biden can debate her whereever and whenever, doesn't matter.
People see McCains act for what it is.

I think Obama should stand fast with the original debate schedule. We know he is ready, and McCain is not. Not Obama's problem. Let McCain continue to make excuses and try to manipulate things. It will only show their desperation. Besides, we know there is no way they would push up the VP debate in place of tomorrow's proposed debate-no way Palin can handle it. In fact I'd be suprised if they even honor the VP debate. It certainly appears that the McCain campaign would probably prefer NO debates or hard, pressing questions at all.

5. Actually, I would prefer |
|
that Senator Obama suggest that tomorrow's debate TOPIC be switched from foreign affairs to the economy. Then, of course, present the foreign affairs topic during the debate later in the chain...wherever it was supposed to be, down the road.

8. There you go, great idea, if there is any change, that would be the best and would be very |
|
appropriate with the two presidential candidates having to stand up in front of the debate crowd and answering questions related to economy issues which is so very relevant right now.
