My prediction on the next few days |
|
1. The debate tomorrow will be cancelled and perhaps rescheduling "problems" from McCain camp will take it away. 2. Palin will be jettisoned by early next week. She will cite health issues. She will be replaced by Rommney. 3. McCain will clean house with his campaign staff and be in a world of hurt trying to ramp up new team. 4. Obama's poll numbers will soar to double digits in some states and a landslide will be within sight.

If mcbush were to get a new campaign team this late in the game, that would really look bad.

4. I fear you're right about #1; I really hope Obama shows up & makes it a infomercial |
|
#2 Ditch Palin? Never. I'd put good money on that.
#3 He might reshuffle his staff again, but I bet he will try to do it below the radar and not call it a "fresh start"
#4 Obama has to appear to win this debate stare-down. Otherwise McCain will look presidential rather than petulent.

5. he can't replace Palin now . . . he's made his proverbial bed, and now . . . |
|
he has to sleep in it . . . he's stuck with her, and that can only be a plus for Obama . . .
the only thing that can prevent Obama from winning this election is massive fraud -- which, according to RFK Jr., is already taking place . . .
"It's not who votes that counts; it's who counts the votes." . . .

The debate will go on, Haley Barbour (a Republican) has announced it will happen.
Palin will not be jettisoned. It cannot happen.
No staff will change other than some minor housekeeping as per usual in campaigns.
But yeah, I see Obama's numbers soaring.

11. One outta four ain't bad! |
|
1. Ole Miss is holding a debate regardless of what McSame wants. 2. They can't get rid of Palin; people are already voting, and it would completely kill his campaign anyway. 3. Too late to start fresh - sometimes you have to go to war with the army you have. . . ;)
BUT
4. Landslide or not we are totally gonna win this shit. :hi:

McCain does need to clean house, and Obama will benefit from McCain's lack of direction.

14. Don't want her ditching Palin |
|
The number of fundies she brings in will be outnumbered by moderates and indies, scared to death of her being a heartbeat away--by a large margin too.

15. Would you care to lay ODDS on whether Palin will still be on ticket in, say, 10 days? |
|
That would give time for an out of state check mailed by snail mail to clear, before the end of the month
I'll offer 4-1 odds on anything up to $100 for the one, for starters. What's your counteroffer?
