transfer McCain's body to the WH for the photo-ops he wants so that we can return to campaigning and have the damn debate tomorrow night?

If you think about it, there really is nothing for McCain to do in Washington other than smile for the cameras looking like he is involved with the negotiations. He is not a member of the finance committe, cannot take part in the debates, cannot take part in marking up the bill, and I don't even think repubs want to hear what he has to say.

I mean what happends if by tomorrow night there is no deal and McCain does not show up to the debate? He will probably be sitting around doing absolutely nothing.
