He was attempting to call the agreement a McCain accomplishment. Andrea called his bluff so he just kept talking. Tucker is such a glutton for punishment.

Somehow we are to believe that McCain influenced an agreement just by what he said yesterday. There's some danger in trying to take credit for this agreement. It might not work, or be a disaster.
