McCain's "stunt" of suspending his campaign shows that he's under major stress. Then she did the 'time out' hand motion and said "You can't just say time out...this is a time more than ever when we need to see how the candidates respond to stressful situations." She said that no one was going to act like they are "swooping in" to save the day. Norah asked if she saw the suspending of the campaign as a stunt, and Boxer said "Yes!
