He's tried to make the claim that he as made more effort to "reach across the aisle" for bipartisan solutions than Obama has.

What is it called when you have to get the hockey pucks in your own party on board with something that the other party has already accomplished? Reaching around the aisle?

I wish I had a transcript of his remarks, but it makes Bush and McCain look like fools.
