Let her (and the press) hang herself.
Joe Biden must either A) ignore her altogether or B) be gentlemanly to a fault
He should attack McCain. Sarah Palin's idiocy attacks herself.

He won't need to do anything other than get out of the way of the train wreck. Be charming, show your wit, passion and extensive knowledge, and attack McCain, not Palin. If Palin bombs, you won't get any blame. If she pulls off a miracle and sounds coherent, the Republicans won't be able to say (successfully) that you were a jerk and she showed you up. The pundits and McCain camp will still claim she's the winner if she doesn't pass out in the middle so we'll need to wait until the public weighs in.
