Check out these new sneakers that I'm getting!
Edited on Sat Sep-27-08 11:17 PM by darius15

Aren't they great? I'm gonna be at the polls on Election Day in these!:D

Edit: Thank you all for reminding me that I can not wear these to the polls! But still, in the weeks before (and after) the election, I will be rocking these! :D

And I found these at a Nike Outlet store in NJ. These are custom made, so you might have to order from the guy who designed them. Here is the link where you can get the MySpace page of the artist who designed these. Just go to the link and scroll down, click on "Vans Myspace Page":

1. I wonder if you would be able to wear them at the polls. There are usually
rules about signs and electioneering within a certain distance of the polling places.

Better check it out or you may have to vote barefoot.

6. You better check your local laws
In many places you can't wear any candidate paraphernalia to the polls. It falls under the "no campaigning within a certain distance from the polls" rules.

15. Nike is notorious for outsourcing. I don't buy things made in China, if I can help it.

So, I'll hunt 'em up and see if they're American made.
