Voter registration numbers in OH

700,000 new voters registered from Jan 1st till Sept 24th...

Nearly 40 percent of the 700,000 newly registered voters live in precincts that Democrat John Kerry carried with at least 60 percent of the vote in 2004.

25% of newly registered voters statewide lives in Democratic-rich Cuyahoga County, with most of those in Cleveland. (Kerry won the county 67-33).

Franklin and Hamilton counties, which include Columbus and Cincinnati, respectively, round out the top three counties with the highest number of new voters.

It will come down to turnout. I am confident Obama can do this. OH is in winnable no matter what polls say...

Cuyahauga is Obama country up north but south is what makes Ohio a challenge and what will make the difference between a flip or loss.

Its mostly rural, mom and pop as opposed to the big cities.
