McCain doesn't know who Kathleen Parker is?

On THIS WEEK George S. just brought up the Parker column about Palin not being qualified for VP. McCain said "it's a free country" and "this woman Parker - IF THAT'S WHAT HER NAME IS..."
Wow - is he really that out of touch.

Her columns frequently focus on family, sex roles, and race. I'm sure those first two subjects would pique his interest.

She has been a journalist for 20 years and syndicated since 1995.
She is a regular for USAToday.
