Toobin was livid when Borger implied that the bar for Palin's performance was on the floor. He said that it was ridiculous and she, since she's been carrying Rethug water for years now, was equally livid that it should be on the floor. He was saying; who are WE to set the bar like this, she said we are who we are andc that's the way it's gonna be. He's sputtering mad at this situation - she needs to be held to a higher standard. She laughed at him.
