1. I guess Zogby having Obama in the lead gives Freepers nothing to hang on to, though |
|
Even though I think Zogby has totally lost it this election.

5. They're clinging to the GWU Battleground poll from two days ago |
|
that had McCain up by two.

6. Even that poll had us doing better than before |
|
Freepers would call it an outlier if only the DailyKos poll had us in the lead. That Battleground poll has Biden's unfavorables going up by 7 and Palin's only going up by 2, making the poll suspect to me anyway.

8. So that was the poll that NPR was referring to on Friday morning |
|
I was astonished when NPR said that McCain had a 2 point lead in the polls on Friday morning, when I knew that he had been slipping in nearly every poll.

7. I agree, but I think he lost it in 2004 |
|
He was way, way off on some things 4 years ago. I'm having a hard time understanding why he is pouring all his resources into this interactive concept that frankly, just doesn't seem to yield very accurate results.

10. But this year, he just seems completely disorganized and amateur |
|
At least he had a semblance of order before.

3. I dont think any of us know. Its a glorified online poll, treated as a scientific one. |

online polls are not scientific. No one knows how to get past self-selection bias.
Maybe there's a statistical trick to do it, but no one has found it yet.

11. Zogby should be fucking fired by whoever employs him |
|
and if he's self employed he should fire himself. He's a shitty pollster and 2004 should have destroyed any credibility he had.
