As we go into this stretch run, I just want to thank all the DUers who

make this whole political experience a wonderful exercise in Thinking Democracy, and who have provided such a wealth of information, intellectualism, reportage, social/emotional support, and camaraderie over these months and years. As I am certain everyone knows, the Jewish New Year commences on Monday at sundown and I want to take this opportunity to wish each and every one of you a Happy, Healthy, Prosperous, and Satisfying Year. There is no question that for many of us DU is a variation of an extended family-in-absentia and that hopefully this year will bring all of us success as Americans, as individuals, and as a community. I look forward to celebrating many simchas (celebrations or joy) during the coming year.
