I think both sides of the bailout issue make good points, but I fall on the side of doing something constructive now and doing our best to recover all that money ASAP. However, one thing MUST happen. The American people need to feel that the ones responsible for this are brought to some form of "justice", even if it's being embarassed badly in front of TV cameras. The American people also need a thorough explanation of HOW this happened in the first place. I read recently that the FBI was doing an investigation, which I think is a great idea.

We the American taxpayers need to petition Congress for those hearings and investigations NOW. Just passing a bill and handing out money is NOT enough !
