Palin's hand bandage does not hide a battery
or anything else. Batteries (and receivers)on wireless devices are TINY- look at bluetooth headsets for example. Maybe it's enhanced debate preparation, but not electronics.

answer during debate coaching.

6. This may be missing the point, but I'm not convinced her handlers
could win the debate with their collective experience, thus making electronic communication a moot point.

Unfortunately for her, it won't be long before Algernon syndrome kicks back in post debate.

9. They can easily hide the entire receiver in her glasses frame.
Just like the tie rods on a '72 Buick.

10. It seems unlikely she really hurt her wrist
How often do adults do that? More likely, it is because she fidgets with her hands when she is nervous, making her look neurotic. Put the bandage on and she can fidget all she wants without it looking strange.
