Biden: No gaffes, no long windedness, no sexism, no condescending tones |
|
Where's all of the media discussing those points? They made them ad nauseum for the past two or three weeks. The bar was set low for Biden regarding these and he did very well in my opinion. But the media darling gets the big french-kiss from the liberal media.

John McCain has to talk about domestic issues with Obama for 90 minutes on Tuesday. By Wednesday, this sucker will be out of reach for him.

Like that clip where Joe's and Palin's answers about the Supreme Court question from Katie Couric-- everyone immediately focuses on the incompetence that Palin displays with HER answer but people forget to do the follow up that Joe's answering that question makes her ignorance EVEN WORSE. What the fuck? The Republican ticket has a barely competent at best candidate at the top of it with a totally unqualified one at the bottom and it's compared as if they're equal to the caliber of the Democratic ticket?
Seriously, I've never been so proud of a Democratic ticket and THIS is what we have to fight them against? It's just sad that Obama and Biden don't have similarly honorable, qualified and respectable opponents. It's just sad.

but how can people be "undecided" now for who to choose for, when the country is in a crisis, there are some serious conflicts facing us and this country and the world.

I thought it was amusing that Biden said, "drill, drill, drill," and Palin reminded him that the slogan is "drill, baby, drill." No way was Biden going to be caught saying "baby." Showed very good preparation on his part.

9. He threaded the needle perfectly |
|
Per the pundits: He couldn't appear mean, tough but also couldn't appear condescending - that's a tough position and Joe did it brilliantly. That she rose above non-existent expectations isn't anything to crow about.

Simply a pro, focusing relentlessly on McCain and ignoring Palin as a candidate.
Got get 'em, Joe!
