What the Hell is up with the New Republican ads?

I saw an Ad this morning that I haven't seen before. (it's not the old one about Obama raising taxes)

True..this one is about raising taxes but now they say: "Obama plans to raise taxes on the middle class by 12 percent"

What the hell planet are these people from?...I've NEVER heard Obama say something like that.
I mean ...do they just make up anything that happens to come into their pea-brains??

Christ..how would you like to have a friend like that?...

"Hey John..I just saw your wife come out of a Motel with this Dude and he was feeling her up right in front of everybody...and she had her hand between his legs saying.."I want to see you EVERY day"

Do these sacks of Protoplasm have ANY integrity??
