"That one" is not only a word to belittle, but meant to scold... |

my dad used to use it when he was pissed at someone. He's from McCain's generation and I swear, when McCain said that, I felt like I was eight-years-old and my daddy was scolding me for "sassing back". McCain clearly has a disdain for Obama that goes well beyond the fact Obama is an outstanding candidate. McCain thinks Obama is "out of his place."
It's meant to scold--

1. It's Worse Than A Scold |

McCain was not comfortable when African American's asked him a question, like that person was "out of his place". McCain is displaying troubling racist tendencies.

"one" of what group? Presidential candidates? Couldn't be because there's only two. Senators? There were only two in the room as well. So what group of people or objects did Obama belong to that is referenced by "that one"? "one" of what? Could it be.... yes, it's racist and I don't even need to say it.
McCain sounded like a plantation owner pointing to a field hand.
