And if you do the math, those people who have employer-based health benefits, if you put the tax on it and you have what's left over and you add $5,000 that you're going to get as a refundable tax credit, do the math, 95 percent of the American people will have increased funds to go out and buy the insurance of their choice and to shop around and to get -- all of those people will be covered except for those who have these gold-plated Cadillac kinds of policies.

You know, like hair transplants, I might need one of those myself. But the point is that we have got to give people choice in America and not mandate things on them and give them the ability. Every parent I know would acquire health insurance for their children if they could.

not only was it a cheap shot at Biden, but it's misleading - to my knowledge most insurance plans do not cover things like hair replacement - it's considered elective surgery.

He has no idea. Nor would he even PROPOSE his stupid health care plan if he did have an idea. Five grand refundable? That doesn't help most of us one bit, and in fact, will cause many people to lose their health insurance.

Why doesn't he just say what he means? If you're poor and you're sick, eat cake.

and wondered what the heck all the sudden chatter about "transplants" was about! I obviously missed that reference as he rambled on! :rofl:

And you're right, that type of thing is not only "elective" surgery, but is considered "cosmetic" surgery.

4. Yep, I expected him to go there. I suppose, his makeup artist, formerly of Clay Aiken fame,

would be the immediate rebuttal, so maybe that is why he practiced restraint.

Of course, I immediately remembered his inability to respond to a question about insurance covering Viagra but bot covering the birth control pill as per his vote.
