Some good news from York, PA!
Just wanted to let you know how somethings are breaking down around me in heavy Republican area.

First, I have been seeing more Obama signs and bumper stickers around then any other Democrat nominee in past elections. A lot more!

There were several of my Coworkers that were undecided before the last 2 debates. The one guy said he is voting for Obama after the VP debate. Said no way in hell he would ever vote for someone that dumb to office. ( this was a guy leaning McCain)

Two more people after this last Obama/McCain debate said they are voting Obama. One was leaning Obama the other McCain.

So much for the MSM saying there was no game changer!

Also, I have talked to a couple of other coworkers that said they were voting for Obama. One of them said the sole reason was because he was scared if something happing to McCain and Palin became President.

Also in the local newspaper there are a lot of letters from Obama supporters writing in. I never seen this much pro Dem candidate before around here.

Finally, I talked to a friend a 2 weeks ago that told me she got a Obama sign and put it out at night. The next day it was going. Well, I talked to her today and asked if she found out who took her sign. Long story short:

Her husband came home after her and took it. Put it in his trunk because he said he didn't make up his mind yet on who he was voting for. Well, this morning he put it back out in his yard! After watching the debate last night he is sure of his vote.

( Again, So much for the MSM saying there was no game changer!)

She also said there is like one person on her street that she talked too that is voting McCain. All the rest are voting Obama!

I just cant explain to you how big this is for the area that I live in. This is strong Republican area. Im not talking about downtown York, PA. But the country area. This is the area where Republicans have owned!

There is no way, I mean no way McCain wins PA with the support Obama is getting around here!

Sorry this was long just wanted to share.

1. Excellent news!
I stopped for dinner in York PA one night on a long trip elsewhere, and everyone there (including our waitress) was very sweet.

Just kidding...tell Live I said hi. :-)

I used to be obsessed with that band in high school. I became a fan the first time I heard The Beauty of Gray back in '93.

BTW, I live in Columbia, SC the home of Hootie and the Blowfish. So, you know, there's that.

(sorry for the random reply)

Cheers!
