With the exception of the Faux/Raz poll which is probably bogus. McCain cannot win without Ohio.

1. McCain's down to the last few bits in his bag of potato chips.
The trend this past week is all blue in Ohio. I think Ohio Republicans have a lot to answer for and maybe they'll step into their voting booths and do the right thing this time.

Very encouraging numbers.

2. There is also a new Ohio "newspaper" poll out today with Obama +3 but
this poll tends to lean McCain and also that's an improvement of +5 from previous poll. Ohio is looking very good. It would be great to finally win that dang state!

3. Agree. Ohioans have been beat up by the economy, and it really
would be a lift to see them reject the GOP this time -- in as large a percentage as possible.

There's a new Secretary of State in town and she's made a huge difference over her predecessor! To say the least.

Probably it will be closer than I'd like, but I think Ohio will go blue.

5. Hello from NE OHIO ! Going out for my 3rd day of door knocking this week. The
Obama ground organization is powerful, and there has been an influx of folks from out of state to help.

An Obama leader here in Ohio said that all of us need to do everything we can to help send Ohio over the top for Obama.

If he doesn't win here, I will never forgive myself, believing I didn't do everything I could.

Cheers and hugs!

7. Ninga, thank you for working on behalf of the good guys.
And in a major gotta-have-it state, too.

Hey democracy!

We're rootin' for ya. Give 'em hell!

4. Never underestimate the ability of Ohians to sabotage themselves. n/t
I'll be jazzed if we win it, but not suprised if we don't.

8. Thanks all for the encouragement. Please know that tons of volunteers are NOT taking
anything for granted, and are NOT coming up for air until this election is over.

I have never experienced such resolve in so many people.

It is contagious.

10. This is very
Good. I think it *will* be a battle on Nov. 4, with Obama snagging a small victory. I used to think Ohio was out of reach for us, but now, I'm not so sure. That's a good thing. GO OHIO! :9
