according to Major Garrett (FNC), at the rally in NM. The term "sticky vote" has been given to independents who have shifted to Obama in the past several weeks.

Normally, independents go back and forth........but the Obama campaign has spent a lot of time and money researching these people, and they have found that once they cross over to Obama, they don't leave.
