Let them know why you are supporting Obama and get personal.
Write a letter and post it here.

I did..(Please forgive the shitty Grammar)

Why I am voting for Obama
It was eight years ago that i started to dive so deep into politics.

I remember it as if it were yesterday.
Gore v Bush.
I remember the shock at finding out that many of my siblings were voting for Bush and called themselves republicans..
It floored me! Still does.
I mean WTF???
I warned and begged many of my family members about George W Bush, yet few listened.
Fox news, talk radio, and misinformation had formed the opinions of many in my family and it was to late.
Well surprise! I was right and many of you were wrong.
Then came the recount. I remember talking to Mom about it.
She (Eleanore a lifelong democrat) told me."Don't worry son, he(Gore)is going to win". Mom saw it.
I knew what kind of man he was,I knew where this would lead, but talk radio,
the Limbaughs, and O'Riellys ,and the Bush enamored media at that time had already done it's job.
It helped to sell this ignorant man as president.
Now we are in two wars, Ten trillion in debt, and our jobs are leaving or are gone.
The last eight years have been hell for me and for many.
I and we as a nation need to move on.
But we can't if McCain continues this spiral down started by George Bush and the republicans.
We need change.
We need jobs,We need the world to look up to us again as leaders.
We need to be inspired to do better.
We need Obama.
I will admit that he wasn't my first choice.
Bill Richardson was, then Edwards, and finally Obama.
Never before have I been so moved by a person or a campaign.
Barack Obama will most likely be our next president, and he deserves to be.
For 22 months he has ran a campaign that quite frankly has been unbelievable.
He fought a tough primary against the Clinton's yet stayed positive.
He has been accused of being a Muslim (He is not),a terrorist sympathizer(He is not),and now a socialist.
John McCain and that crowd haven't one god damned thing to run on so what do they do?
They accuse, they scare,They feed your fears.
They use the same tactics that George Bush used against McCain during the republican primary.
The same tactics he so despised back then..He has become what he has so hated.
Albert Einstein said "Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results".
We have done this. It didn't work. It's time to try something new.
I will end this rant with a favorite Cherokee story

An elder Native American was teaching his grandchildren about life.
He said to them, "A fight is going on inside me..
it is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves.
One wolf represents fear, anger, envy, sorrow, regret,
greed, arrogance, self-pity, guilt, resentment, inferiority, lies, false
pride, superiority, and ego.
The other stands for joy, peace, love, hope, sharing, serenity,
humility, kindness, benevolence, friendship, empathy, generosity, truth,
compassion, and faith.
"This same fight is going on inside you, and inside every other
person, too", he added.
The Grandchildren thought about it for a minute and then one child
asked his grandfather, "Which wolf will win?"
The old Cherokee simply replied... "The one you feed."
Lets feed the right wolf, Shall we?

Your turn! :D
