There's coverage about Obama's aunt living in a Boston HA project yet this isn't covered? |

http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=view_all&address=389x4343305This pig is selling one of his $12,000,000 houses at the start of a depression while running for president but the "scandal" is that Obama's aunt is living in public housing?

1. Public housing is not all bad - it includes senior housing projects which |
|
many people move into when they are older, Indian housing, rental vouchers, - all these programs mean is that HUD borrowed the money to the builder. A limited few do have real problems but for the most part HUD housing projects are only different from other housing because it is rent controlled.

2. Solid public housing is essential for a just society. |
|
On the other hand, $12,000,000.00 houses reflect the opposite.

3. The ad says it is the former home of the McCain's. Sounds as though they are not the current owners |

5. Was Obama supposed to support all the relatives and descendants of a father who left him and his |
|
mom when Obama was two? And Obama did not even have money to speak of until after 2004, when his book started selling. Meanwhile, Cindy McCain's half sister got her credit card cut off the day their father died or a day later.

4. She works for the housing agency as Health Advocate and receives a stipend there. |
|
and probably free housing.
My Mom, who is a longtime DUer, also lives in that type of housing. And I'd smack anyone who tried to make it sound like I was falling down in my responsibilities to her. This Aunt of his, though it sounds like a distant relation, probably has friends there and a life there. Hell.. MOST of us have relatives that we are not close to.
