Record absentee voting expected in Iowa
Secretary of State Michael A. Mauro predicts absentee ballots for Tuesday’s election will exceed totals from 2004.

At close of business Friday over 454,000 ballots had been received by county auditor offices across the state. In 2004, 460,000 absentees were ultimately cast out of 1.5 million total votes ...
