Edited on Sat Nov-01-08 07:20 AM by globalvillage
The folks on our team should be in the shower or making coffee right about now. They're a pretty fired up bunch, so I doubt I'll have to call to wake anyone.

I'm at my phone bank location, preparing for the arrival of the first shift of phone bankers, scheduled to arrive at 9. We have a pretty decent sized group, but the lists are long and the day not long enough.

If you're not scheduled to volunteer, you can do that now. Right now. Your phone bank captain or canvassing coordinator is waiting to hear from you. Really, we're at the office, right next to the phone.

Find your nearest Obama office and give them a call. We'll be waiting.

1. I just had my eggs, toast and coffee. No trick or treaters last night so now I have candy!!
Still in my ugly clothes but about to change into my boots and Obama gear and set out to round up some votes for Team-O.

Last weekend before the election peeps.

One last weekend to convince someone that their vote really does count.

One last weekend to infect every one you come into contact with HOPE for CHANGE.

One of just a couple of days to Seal the Damn Deal!!

YES. WE. CAN.!!!

2. Eggs?
Did you make enough for everyone?

:-)

We have donuts and Halloween candy.

Come volunteer, folks! There's enough sugar at your local Obama office to keep you buzzed all day!

3. I'm having my second cup of coffee.
Then I'll take my shower. I'm scheduled for canvassing at 1 p.m. today and tomorrow.

4. I'm having my coffee, waiting to go to my son's soccer game where I will
be wearing my Obama Vote Nov. 4 shirt (every little bit helps) and tomorrow I'm knocking on doors.
