McCain is ill.
Edited on Sat Nov-01-08 09:51 AM by PCIntern
He's making a game try, but it's not working. He looks shaky and is having significant symptoms right on TV. He's decompensating quickly. Vote for him and you get Sarah in a matter of months.

Look, if Frist can do it, I can too. Meanwhile Frist's speechwriter was on Maher this weekend and wasn't she a piece of work? Now employed by CNN...

12. She's AA. Her name is Amy Holmes. Very pretty young woman but...
... very deluded by RW talking points that she can't help but repeat them over and over again.

BTW, excellent "Real Time" last night. For the first time, repeat guest, singer, writer, songwriter John Legend sang playing the piano. Beautiful.

17. John Legend was just beautiful at the piano
My first hearing of his great talent. And no slouch at the table either. I've become an instant fan, his voice is golden.

18. Amy Holmes is THE most vacuous person on television.
What if a Valley Girl were black? OMG!!

She's the dumbest woman on all of the news channels, and that's saying a lot.

6. I know you're in the medical profession...
can you be a bit more specific? What are his significant sympotms? In laymen's terms, he looks like shit. What is your opinion re: the nautre of his malady? (not asking you to do Frist, but you must have some opinion).

thanks.

8. Medically speaking,
He looks like shit. I concur.

He's exhibiting a fairly involved pulmonary condition, he's exhausted, he's got a makeup artist who's saving his ass. My guess is that he's gray and haggard...

11. There's a nasty cold-bronchitis bug going around too
Shaking all those hands, being in crowds, traveling from state-to-state, exhausting hours, etc. I don't know how any of them are still standing upright at this point. But it's clear there's something else entirely going on with McCain. That thing on his face/neck for starters. Something is not right.

15. All the more reason that he is evil - he knows he is sick
and he would leave the USA with Palin. :puke:

14. The man was taking weekends off until two weeks ago.
Now he's campaigning full weeks. No surprise he's sick as a dog now between his age, being around all the people, and campaigning all week long with long hours and little sleep. He certainly can't take office and make it a 9-5, 5 days on/2 days off job.

I've said it before and I'll say it again: If he can't handle the stresses of the last three to four weeks of campaigning - quite possibly the best stress test of what it's actually like to be POTUS - without becoming extremely fatigued or ill (or both in this case), he simply does not have the health to be even remotely considered for the office.

16. He's looked like death warmed over for months, but MSM
doesn't feel the need to address it. If he happens to win, we will definitely have President Barbie in a matter of weeks.
