Does MSNBC have the stupidiest women anchors? Only Rachel shines
the rest:
Contessa brewer
Alex Witt
Norah O'Donnell (sometimes she shines)
Mika
WTF is wrong with these women? They always ask really stupid questions and quote irrelevant polls and data.

7. the men are knowledgeable, if some are annoying as hell

Olbermann and Schuster are good.

Matthews is good sometimes.

Scarborough and Buchanan are annoying as hell, but knowledgeable about politics.

4. It's sadly true. I don't know who is picking them, but they're lousy at it.
Tameron is fine, and I like her. She's no political genius, but she's pleasant and gets the daytime job done.

Contessa Brewer, Alex Witt and Mika all have room temperature IQs, and their constant prattle evidences their limited range of thought.

Norah O'Donnell has plenty on the ball, and actually knows politics.

Rachel, however, is in a class by herself.

5. Alex Twitt is the worst of the bunch ...
Even Contessa Brewer will occasionally take on a RW
guest for their lies ... You can just TELL Twitt is
in the bag for BombBomb (probably because CindyLouWho
is a fellow USC alum -- they might have even known
each other in those days).

As much as I find fault with the MSNBC gang, the
FauxBots are SO MUCH WORSE!

are pond scum, though not quite as intelligent.

17. Tamryn Hall was very enlightening to me during the whole Jeremiah Wright flap.
I caught someone interviewing her during the day about it, because she's both African American and from Chicago. She said that she, too, attended Trinity Church, and that she didn't see Jeremiah Wright say the most controversial things he's said. She said that if you're black and you move to Chicago, there are really only two heavily African American major churches that the life of the AA community there tends to revolve around, and Trinity is one of them. If you want to hook into the local community and meet lots of other people similar to yourself and have a social and spiritual life, those are your two big choices for meeting and communing with the largest amount (and if you want to be active in the community like Obama did, you also want to reach a lot of people). It's not like you have nine million little churches to choose from, and you select the one in which the sole pastor of that church has a philosophy that most matches your own. It's more like, you join this big church with a lot of people and several pastors, and it becomes a welcoming community for you in the place where you live. You might get married there by one of their pastors, have your kids baptized by one of their pastors, but that doesn't make that pastor your number-one spiritual adviser.

I'll always be grateful to her for explaining that to me in a way I could understand, that gave me more insight into the Obama-Wright connection.
