2. It has been his ceiling the entire Campiagn. |
|
He breached it briefly with the Palin/RNC bounce, but has never really maintained above 44-46%.
He just doesn't have the support or the ability to acquire it.
Obama's ceiling appears to be around 51-53%. However, I think the undeclareds willbreak his way for another couple of points at final tally.

7. What "surge" is he talking about????? |
|
Any increases in his numbers appear to have been more about McCain's solidifying his "base" (aka people who are going to vote for him ANYWAY) rather than cutting into Obama's support. Obviously, whatever McCain/Palin have been trying to use against Obama doesn't appear to be cutting into his support much (if at all). Does anybody know anybody who has switched their vote from Obama to McCain? It would be hard to believe that the corporate media whores wouldn't be tearing down doors to interview/promote people switching (i.e. early voting) from Obama to McCain. Of course, there is, however, PLENTY of evidence of McCain supporters and longtime Republicans switching over to Obama. Didn't they say last night that one of McCain's former ADVISERS not only gave up on him but voted for Obama?
McCain's "surge" (if it ever existed) is just as stalled as the McBush "surge" in Iraq.
