Absentee voters in line had to evacuate as well. My precinct was included in the blackouts. Voting for the City of Richmond, VA, is coordinated out of City Hall that currently has no working central heat.

My vote on Tuesday, as well as those of other Richmonders, on Tuesday needs to count whether or not there is heat and electricity.
