Durham County, NC, Early Voting Has Ended... 87.5% of 2004 TOTAL Votes Already In!!!!
We've done the first part of our job. Tuesday will be the second part.

All but two of the voters I drove to polls for the Obama campaign were 1st time voters, including a 59 year old woman and a gentleman in his 60s.

The polling sites for early voting were alive with party atmospheres, shout-outs of "FIRST TIME VOTER!" followed by cheers and yells, and smiles/grins/laughter and (dare I say it..winks) that brightened young faces and were framed by well-earned wrinkles of the elderly. Blacks, whites, hispanics, and all races coming together for change.

Great job, North Carolina! Let's finish this thing.

SIMPLY AMAZING!

9. I have to say, I worked the 2004 campaign in Raleigh @ the DNC
and have seen a huge difference in the running of day to day operations of the Obama/Biden Campaign. Obama and his Staff have really stepped things up! I am really impressed!

11. Guess you didn't see my post last night...a local Raleigh TV station
mentioned that Obama had gone up 14 points in Wake county...and because of that, Wake County will make him win the state. :woohoo:

So many new voters, and so many votes already cast. :)

I wish I could have voted early, but PA doesn't have it.

25. voting early here in NC has been a great fun experience!
Along with the cheers, high fives, & clapping for first time voters they gave out candy. We can't give up yet, encourage everyone to get out and vote Nov 4. don't let it end with complacency in over confidence for a win.
