Campaign Endorsements: Obama Gets Colin Powell and McCain Gets Al Qaeda!!
Edited on Sat Nov-01-08 07:54 PM by smkyle1
In the battle for endorsements in the presidential campaign, Barack Obama snared a strong nod from former Secretary of State Colin Powell and John McCain received an equally strong recommendation from al-Qaeda.

Al-Qaeda? Yes, you heard right, al-Qaeda!

According to al-Hesbah website, which has close ties to the group, “Al-Qaeda will have to support McCain in the coming election.” The website was confident that McCain would continue the “failing march of his predecessor.”

1. The played Bush like a Stradivarius, they'd do the same with McSame
Bin Laden and al-Qaeda aimed to entangle the West and especially the US in a hopeless war in the Mideast, which would drain our treasuries, embarrass us in the eyes of the world, and bankrupt our economies.

The two schoolyard bullies, Dubya and Cheney, rushed us into that trap. They were played like a fine Stradivarius.

Do you expect the perpetually hotheaded McCain and evermore clueless Palin will do something, anything, wise and wonderful to extract us from the mess the Republicans have created for us?

I think not.

5. No chance
She's been to the big city, seen the lights. She's not going anywhere. We're stuck with her forever unless she's hiding something terrible or gets indicted for some of her financial irregularities.

If she had been on top of her facts when she hit the spotlight, she would have been devastating. She revs up a crowd as only Barack does.

6. you are so right
we are lucky she didn't come prepared. Katie Couric saved America. But I shouldn't speak too fast.
