If Obama wins here in Virginia -- our polls close at 7pm -- then I am willing to bet that it's over.

I voted today. The people who were clearly for Obama seemed energized and happy. The people who were seemingly for McCain seemed frustrated. In the front of the election place -- the Fairfax County Government Center -- the Obama volunteers were engaging and friendly and numbered about 10 and immediately asked me if I wanted a sample ballot. The McCain volunteers numbered three and didn't even bother to approach me when I passed them first. (I'm African-American and my wife is Caucasian. We had a son with us.) One would think they would have at least attempted to hand us a sample ballot.

Consciously, I do not believe Obama could lose either two, but I'll feel a whole lot better once victory is called there.
