"I don't have to tell you how important it is that I win Fairfax County."
--- John McCain speaking to a rally in Springfield , Virginia this evening.

John Has gotten into Cindy's stash.

There is no way in the world he is winning Fairfax County.

Though I must admit it's more inspiring than, "I don't have to tell you how important it is that we kept our loss in Fairfax County down to 60-40."

(Fairfax County isn't Arlington or Alexandria, but it definitely blue. Obama is running at least even in Prince William and that's way redder than Fairfax.)

2. Voted early today at the Government Center.
From the looks of it -- past trends notwithstanding -- there is no way in hell McCain is winning Fairfax.

4. Fuck it, let him win Fairfax County
Maybe we can even get Barack to cede it to him? As long as he loses everything else, let him have one county.

5. If it was so important, then maybe he shouldn't have let his brother call
them communists and his running mate tell them they aren't "real" Virginians.
