A Mason-Dixon poll apparently commissioned by an in state newspaper in Virginia. Doesn't show up on RCP. Take it for what it's worth.

Obama's lead in VA is more like 5 to 7 points, not 3.

and it's actually an improvement for Obama. Earlier MD had him trailing. And MD has had a republican lean this election season by a few points. So it's likely Obama is up by more.

So I think that poll you have there is what they call an Outlier.
