I think he has totally lost his way. I actually don't think he's ever been a very good person - his nickname when he was young was "McNasty" for god's sake, his cruel Chelsea joke, etc., just show he's got some real personality problems - but I just really, really do not like seeing anyone humiliated. We've all been there before and it's a shitty place to be.
