4. I think it's a compilation of political skits...hope they have some Perot stuff!
Especially when Perot tries to drive "The Admiral" out to the woods and dump him out the door....

6. No, I think it's going to be replays of their political skits that already happened
I'm assume these two McCain appearances will probably be a part of it.

7. It's pretty sad when something as serious...
as a presidential election becomes a nation's pop culture.

BTW, have you seen this Halloween freak-show...

Nice witch outfit!

May God help America and Americans. I feel for you all. Well maybe no so much for the mean-spirited Republicans.

8. Canadians should be so lucky as to have anyone interested in an election
The last one was a too-many-millions snooze. I could have used a laugh.

13. It was just going through the motions.
The outcome was pretty much a foregone conclusion. At least we didn't spend 2 years putting up with political freak-shows.

Until Canada gets a proportional representation electoral system, people will be disillusioned. I hate the British parliamentary system. It does not represent the will of the people. Then again, does America's system achieve that with your level of voter turnout?

18. that's great
You get to vote in two shitty ellectoral systems ;o)

I gave up my Dutch citizenship to become a naturalized Canadian, but I'd much prefer their form P.R. electoral system. They tend to have governments that compromise to represent a more reflective will of the people. That said, it's much easier for a small (geographically) country to deal with regional represention and diversity.

11. I doubt it.
And I hope not. There's little to gain and the potential for embarrassment.

14. I seriously doubt it.
They are spoofing all elections from what I understand.

SNL has a new political website now on NBC. Have you seen it yet?

17. The promo for it says "You never know who might drop by..."
Remember Gore and Bush opened a similar special in 2000, so we might see Barack make up his canceled SNL appearance tomorrow (To a much wider audience than McLame's
