2. That's very close to the Research 2000/Kos numbers
Shows Obama has stabilized. Gallup also shows him to be right around there, at 52%. And even assuming McCain takes most of the undecideds, I still don't see him making up the ground. His ceiling in most polls has been around 47%.

Edited on Sun Nov-02-08 09:34 AM by DemocratSinceBirth
Will it be a three to five point race or a ten to thirteen point race?

4. Maybe in the middle-6 to 7 points?
I personally think it always gets very close on election day. 3 to 5 points.

5. Seven Is Far From Thirteen
But I'm not greedy...

A win is a win is a win and close only counts in horse shoes and hand grenades...

6. I'd be pleasently surprised if Obama takes more than 52%
Edited on Sun Nov-02-08 09:44 AM by fujiyama
McCain will likely receive at least 46-47%.

And I figure third party candidates will take 1% altogether.

So I think a 5-7 point race is where it's ultimately at. 7% is around where the RCP average is I think.
