It's moved towards the Republicans a bit for the last few days before the election:
For polling data released during the final days of Election 2008, the partisan weighting targets will be 39.9% Democratic, 33.4% Republican, and 26.7% unaffiliated.
For polling data released during the week of October 26-November 1, 2008, the partisan weighting targets will be 40.0% Democratic, 32.8% Republican, and 27.2% unaffiliated.

They apparently do interviews to determine this sort of thing.
But holding the line as their weighting favors Republicans a bit more is fine with me.
