6. I have heard this on other forums.

The hired RNC people are going to a lot of forums and blogs and really pumping this. The story they are giving is that Biden mentioned this figure in some speech. It is never shown in context though.

The new RNC talking point is that the number keeps changing. They point to statements made recently by Biden and Richardson.

In Biden's case, he was using making examples comparing someone making $1.4 million to someone making $150k. He did not say that above $150k would see a tax increase.

In Richardson's case, according to statements released later it was a "slip of the tongue". He meant to say $250k.

They are also pointing to the $250k vs $200k figures by misrepresenting them, when Obama's website makes very clear:

$250k to $200k, no tax increase but no tax cut.
$200k and less, tax cut.
