1. The ads in PA this weekend are monstrously nasty ... and VERY frequent.
And all of them ... including one against our Dem. candidate for state treasurer ... seem to be delivered in a chipper voice by a young woman. With chipper little music playing in the background. It's surreal.

2. So once again John McCain breaks his own promise. No surprise; he's admitted he's a LIAR.
"But I could tell from the desperate looks of my staff that we had an enormous problem. And that it could come down to lying or losing. I chose lying."
-John McCain; Flag of Our Fathers

6. Oh this is Mccain all right
I know that it is technically a PAC but no doubt his minions or he himself authorized this.

14. It;s not a PAC
I believe it's the PA GOP

The PAC is running, by comparison, a less offensive Wright Ad in a national buy

11. A perfect metaphor for the mcsame campaign...
living in the past. No vision for the future. Same old, same old. Didn't work months ago and still won't work. Just drives the point home that they've got nothing when they have to dig into their archives and drag some tired old bullshit out. Can you say DESPERATE and out of gas?

The mclame campaign, sputtering in on a wing and a prayer headed for another crash landing come Tuesday.

12. The shock of "God Damn America" has long since worn off. Sorry, GOP.
Don't forget that Pennsylvanians were inundated with Reverend Wright talk during the solid month in between when the story broke and when voting in their primary commenced.

13. Being from what use to be a swing state I can almost guarantee
most people are tuning these ads out. We are now watching videos exclusively to avoid them, and don't even read the ads that come in the mail (4-8 a day). They go directly to the round file. We have also stopped answering the phone because the political calls are relentless.

It's too late and the Rev. Wright thing has already been done once and failed.

It's a really bad commercial (in terms of production). They are desperate. Too bad for them (not really :nopity: )I don't see it having much effect on voters.
