Which states will go most strongly for Obama?
Yeah, I know it's idle speculation, but I think it'll be:

1) Hawaii

2) California

3) Illinois

4) Vermont

5) Massachusetts

with the same number of electoral votes as Alaska... the place where Obama really doesn't have to worry is Washington, D.C.

Latest polling has

Obama 82%
McCain 13%

you said states... so technically this isn't the answer, but DC does have electoral votes.
