Was Cheney's endorsement just more sadism from the evil one?
This likely has already been covered, but I can't find it.

Cheney knows to a certainty that his endorsement is the kiss of death, but he did it anyway. If Cheney thought McCain had a chance he wouldn't piss him off this close to the election, but since McCain won't have any power next week Cheney must have decided to kick McCain while he is down. Otherwise, the endorsement doesn't make sense, it is as important to McCain as OBL's was to Kerry in 2004.

Is there any other possible reason for Cheney to have screwed McCain so late in the game?

2. Maybe Cheney is delusional.
Maybe he has a lot of money on Obama at Intrade.

Maybe McNasty just pisses him off.

Maybe McNutso called his daughter queer.

and the junta has all of their shredding done?

Also, McCain HAS also been throwing Bush under the bus a lot, particularly since the last debate. It had to be done of course (for McCain) but maybe that still didn't sit well with him or Cheney.

5. Maybe he thought it wouldn't make the news. It was pretty low-quality video footage.
Looked like it was done with a camcorder.

6. He's an evil man who knew exactly what his endorsement would do
He's filthy rich and knows that even he would do better under an Obama administration.

9. You nailed it. Cheney and Bush (a sitting pres) are totally pissed that McCain whom
they view as unqualified to carry their water has begun dissing them publicly. This was the equivalent of waking up with a horses head in your bed. Main stream media is too fixated on the illegal half-aunt to figure this one out.
